Steps to Change Administrator Password From Computer Management

Step 1. Right-Click on your Computer Icon and select Manage.

Step 2. In Computer Management Settings, first select Local Users and Groups and then select Users section.

Step 3. Now select your Computer Username. Right-Click on it and select Set Password.

Step 4. Click on Proceed button.

Step 5.  Type New password in the box OR Leave blank (If you want to remove password) and hit the OK button.

Steps To Change Administrator Password From Command Prompt

For quickly changing your Windows password from the command line, you need to have admin access to perform this change.

Step 1. Click Start button, type cmd at the Search bar, hold Ctrl+Shift and Click on "Cmd.exe", Alternatively Right-Click on "Cmd.exe" and select "Run as Administrator".
