Solution:
A simple javascript can export a full list of your Followers/Following, so you don't need to install any apps or extensions for it. Now let me tell you how you can do it.
- Open Instagram official website in your browser (Mobile or Desktop).
- Login your instagram account.
- Tap on followers tab and open Folllowers List.
- Scroll down the list to load more followers, load the entire list if you want to e full list of your followers.
5. Now Click on the button to copy the Code
6. Then enter the javascript: in the browser address bar.

7. And paste copied Code just after the 'javascript:'
