Solution: 

A simple javascript can export a full list of your Followers/Following, so you don't need to install any apps or extensions for it. Now let me tell you how you can do it.

1. Open Instagram official website in your browser (Mobile or Desktop).
2. Login your instagram account.
3. Tap on followers tab and open Folllowers List.
4. Scroll down the list to load more followers, load the entire list if you want to e full list of your followers.

5. Now Click on the button to copy the Code 

6. Then enter the   javascript:  in the browser address bar. 

write 'javascript:' in browser's address bar (Mobile/Desktop)

 7. And paste copied Code just after the 'javascript:'

Paste the code after 'javascript:'

The script will automatically create a list of followers / following Instagram account and download it to CSV file.
